YiFeng has a total solution for plastic products, both in terms of product design optimization, use of sustainable material usage, and finding the best substrate structure, assembly, and logistic solutions to ensure a significant increase in industrial design achievable, guaranteeing the perfect on-time market launch of our customers’ product projects.
According to the relevant regulations, there are no tariffs on products exported from our country. However, when products are imported into some countries, these countries will have their tariffs on imports, and this percentage varies from country to country.
When YiFeng signs a contract with a customer or makes an offer, you can ask us to sign a product confidentiality agreement, which both parties will sign. To ensure that your products are not formally developed or sold before and that the product information can be kept confidential, keep the picture file and other essential information out of the market or on the network.
T/T or L/C is available to you, the payment method is 3-7, 30% deposit, and the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipment.
We do not provide product design services. We provide product modification suggestions to improve product quality and manufacturability and reduce costs.
There is no additional charge for product design optimization. The optimized part design is priced the same as any other part or even lower than the original.
Injection molding is highly favored for manufacturing a wide range of automotive, consumer goods, electronics, and medical devices products. There are four main reasons for its popularity:
Yifeng specializes in injection molding using advanced engineering resins, including advanced materials such as PEEK and ULTEM. These materials provide superior performance in demanding applications requiring superior mechanical properties, heat, and chemical resistance. Here are more details:
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK): PEEK is a high-performance thermoplastic known for its excellent mechanical properties, high temperature, and chemical resistance. It is commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, medical, and oil and gas industries for structural components, seals, and medical implants.
ULTEM (Polyetherimide): ULTEM is a high-strength, heat-resistant thermoplastic with excellent mechanical properties, flame retardancy, and chemical resistance. It is widely used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, and medical industries for applications such as electrical components, aircraft interiors, and medical devices.
Delrin/POM (Polyoxymethylene): Delrin and POM are engineering thermoplastics known for their high stiffness, low friction, and excellent wear resistance. They are commonly used in automotive, industrial, and consumer product applications for gears, bushings, and mechanical components requiring tight tolerances and smooth operation.
Glass-reinforced nylon: Glass-reinforced nylon, also known as glass-reinforced nylon, is a composite material with nylon resin reinforced with glass fibers. This gives the material better mechanical properties, including higher tensile strength, stiffness, and creep resistance. Glass-reinforced nylon is often used for housing, brackets, and structural components in automotive, electrical, and industrial applications.
Polycarbonate (PC): Polycarbonate is known for its high impact resistance and optical clarity, making it suitable for eyewear, automotive parts, and electronics.
Nylon (polyamide): Nylon, or polyamide, is known for its toughness, abrasion resistance, and high tensile strength, making it suitable for various applications. It is commonly used in parts such as gears, bearings, connectors, and housings in automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, and industrial applications.
Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS): ABS is a challenging and impact-resistant plastic used in automotive parts, electronics, and household appliances.
Polyethylene (PE): PE is known for its versatility and is used in various applications such as packaging, automotive parts, and household products. It comes in different forms, including high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE).
Polypropylene (PP): PP is lightweight, durable, and resistant to various chemicals, making it suitable for packaging, automotive parts, and consumer products.
Polystyrene (PS): PS is commonly used in packaging, disposable cutlery, CD cases, and insulation. It can be rigid or foamed, providing different properties for different applications.
Yifeng’s expertise lies in utilizing these advanced engineering resins to produce precision molded parts with superior quality and performance. By using these advanced materials and state-of-the-art injection molding technology, Yifeng provides solutions that meet the stringent requirements of different industries and applications.
Advanced composites are a game changer for manufacturers in all industries. Exploring these materials is of significant value. Benefits of new composite plastics include:
These plastics are 50% lighter.
Same strength
High-temperature capability
Excellent flame, smoke, and toxicity resistance
Lower manufacturing costs
Integrate complex shapes and geometries.
With advanced composites, manufacturers have the freedom to choose any color and texture, opening up a world of design possibilities for their products.
Repeatable processing

Silk screening, also known as screen printing or serigraphy, is a post-processing technique used to add high-quality graphics or text to plastic parts. Silk screening is commonly used to create nameplates, labels, and decorative elements for various applications. It is an effective way to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of injection-molded plastic parts.

UV coating is a method of using ultraviolet light to cure or dry coating material on various materials, including plastics, resulting in a durable, glossy finish. For injection molding with UV coating, it’s important to use compatible materials to accommodate the coating application method.
We can provide plastic parts assembly services according to customer needs, which means we can assemble plastic parts that match each other. However, we do not offer assembly services for electrical products or final finished products such as electrical components.
Shipping by ship to the USA takes about three weeks and to Europe about five weeks. If your part is more minor, we can ship it by air, in which case it arrives in about four days.
Once the plastic products are assembled, they will occupy less space, making it easier to ship them. However, due to the extended transportation time, we will implement protective measures for the products before shipment to guarantee their integrity. Communicating your specific requirements during the quotation period is essential for us to accurately assess the final unit price of the product.
We have 60T-500T injection molding machines, which accommodate up to 825mm 825mm 820mm (lengthwidththickness) molds. Our CNC machining centers can achieve ±0.015mm machining accuracy for the molds and conduct online testing of the accuracy after the machining is completed to ensure that it meets the standard.
Making an injection mold usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the part’s complexity. Once the mold is ready, the mold is tested, and the first out-of-stock (FOT), also known as T1 (for testing), is the first set of plastic parts sent to the customer. Then, the customer will give us feedback on the problem points after the trial run. We will make some minor mold adjustments based on the customer’s problem points and then send the new samples to the customer. The whole modification usually takes about two weeks. When the product improvement is completed, and the customer approves the entire set of samples, the mold will be validated for small-batch trial production.
Our regular order of plastic parts is 500-1000pcs. Of course, the first small batch of trial production in the early stage can be 100-500 pcs, but the small batch of trial production will be charged some shipping costs, which is based on the actual situation of the two sides to negotiate.
We have our in-house mold repair capability and will repair the molds until they are produced smoothly. If molds need to be rectified, we will create a data report and confirm with the customer before making any modifications.
